Pondville Beach Cottage

This historic cottage features 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Walking distance to a Provincial Beach, & pet friendly. Bbq provided. Explore the woods, walking trails, listen to the ocean waves. Climbing ropes, trampoline, free range chickens! Enjoy the fire pit and water view. Like many homes on the island, this is a very old, rustic cottage with lots of charm and the most comfy beds. This is a 4 bedroom home that will easily accommodate 11 guests. The kitchen is stocked and the beds comfy!

The guests have the entire property to themselves. Explore the woods, find the swing, trampoline and climbing rope. Enjoy the fire pit. Walk to the provincial beach (Pondville Beach- 5 min walk or 2 min drive).

Please bring your own beach towels !

We live nearby and are accessible 24/7.

Location ! Location! This is a beautiful quiet spot. We invite you to come relax, walk to the beach, party hard, or not! Once you book we’ll send information regarding sights to see, places to visit, and things to do during your stay!

We are located 15 minutes off the 104. There is plenty of parking on site. Within a 5 minute drive of the property you’ll find local restaurants, a grocery store, NSLC.

There is a shallow stream that runs through the back of the property. Please do not leave young children unattended.

There will also be a few animals roaming the field, far enough that you can ignore. If you do bring your pet (S), please note that there is a 25$ fee. And please keep your pets on a leash.

This is an old historic home with lower than normal ceilings. It can be crooked in places !It was not made for a 6’5+ man!

There is a fire pit. Firewood is provided.

The well water is tested annually.  We advise guests to bring their own water if weary. We provide a water cooler for 10L jugs. But we do not guarantee a full jug!

The stairs leading to the four bedrooms are steep. Please use caution.
